JUPITER, FLA. � December 5, 2002 � Command Software Systems, Inc., today announced that it has entered into an agreement with VeriSign, Inc., to provide anti-virus products containing VeriSign�s digital certificates. This industry-first secure anti-virus solution will close long-standing gaps in the delivery of anti-virus software updates and virus definition files. It will incorporate mechanisms to block intrusion and spoofing and provide notification of viruses and virus hoaxes. This secure anti-virus solution is expected to be available the first quarter of 2003.

As the largest authenticator of online businesses in the world, VeriSign has more than 400,000 digital certificates currently installed on web sites around the globe. VeriSign provides the industry�s most secure forms of authentication and encryption.

This solution will embed encryption and authentication into the software update and delivery process preventing third-party access and alteration of the software program information.
