John C Sharp, Chairman & CEO
Authentium�s
co-founder, Chairman & CEO is John Sharp, former Managing Director
for Asia of WorldSpace Corporation, a satellite broadcaster based in
Washington DC. Prior to establishing the Singapore, Melbourne,
Beijing and Bangalore offices for WorldSpace, Mr. Sharp was CEO of
Content and Systems, Singapore, a consultancy firm specializing in
international regulatory negotiations and project management on
behalf of international cable and satellite broadcasters and
technology companies and organizations, such as the Institute of
Systems Science, Sony, Strategic Intelligence, Muvee, and the MIH Group. Since co-founding
Authentium in 1999 in San Diego, Mr. Sharp has raised more than $18
million in private equity investment for Authentium, and has established Authentium as
one of the fastest-growing security software companies in the world.

Dyan Dyer,
Vice-Chairman
Prior to leading the
team that developed Authentium�s Command Antivirus
technologies, Ms. Dyer was founder and general
manager of an accounting business in Canada, which
specialized in preparing documentation for public
offerings on the Toronto Stock Exchange. Through
strategic investments, she acquired technology which
led to the formation of Command Software Systems,
Inc, which merged with Authentium in 2002. She has
extensive experience with both public and private
companies and has used her experience with public
company regulation and government regulatory policy
to help guide the Company to its current position of
industry technology leadership in the HIPAA, SOX,
GLBA, and corporate email policy compliance arena.

Pete Nielsen, Chief
Operating Officer
Authentium's Chief
Operating Officer, Pete Nielsen, is an Authentium
co-founder. With an Engineering background, Mr.
Nielsen's career has focused on entrepreneurial
leadership of high technology teams and companies.
He was previously Managing Director at VeriSign's
Business Incubator and Global Voice Registry, and
SVP Multimedia Services at WorldSpace Corporation.
Prior to that, he led several international
development initiatives at GTE Spacenet (now Verizon).
He was recognized at GTE with the highest corporate
award for technical excellence and innovation. Mr.
Nielsen was the founding Chairman and CTO for one of
East Africa's first privately-funded independent
ISP/telecom companies. His background also includes
development of secure and non-secure systems for the
Naval Air Systems Command and NASA. |

Rich Cameron, Chief
Revenue Officer
Prior to his appointment
as Chief Revenue Officer, Mr. Cameron was head of
Project Management at Authentium, with
responsibility for management and delivery of the
Comcast Security Manager. Prior to Authentium,
Mr. Cameron was one of the founders of the VeriSign
Global Voice Registry. Prior to working
at VeriSign, Mr. Cameron was co-founder of the GTE
(now Verizon) Credit Card and GTE PhoneCard Services
division, where he helped create a billion dollar
business within eight years. Mr. Cameron is a
former IBM staffer. |

Ray Dickenson, Chief
Development Officer
Prior to joining
Authentium, Mr. Dickenson was formerly VP of
Technology and Product Management at NewChannel, a
web sales solution company acquired by LivePerson.
After NewChannel he was VP of Product Management at
InnerPresence Networks, a document security and
business rights management company. Previously, he
was the Director of West Coast Operations for Digex,
Inc, where he led the build-out, staffing and
operation of the Digex SmartCenters in the Silicon
Valley. Prior to Digex, he spent nine years at The
Johns Hopkins University Applied Physics Laboratory,
supporting the U.S. Navy's Strategic Communications
Network and the Federal Highway Administration's
Intelligent Transportation System project. Mr.
Dickenson served 8 years in the U.S. Navy as a
linguist and intelligence analyst on submarines,
surface ships and aircraft. He was presented the
Defense Meritorious Service Medal by the Director of
the NSA in 1988. |

Ann Olsen, VP
Finance, Controller
Ann Olsen has been with
Command Software (now owned by Authentium) since
August 1995. She is a CPA with a Masters in
Accounting from the University of Central Florida
and extensive skills in accounting and financial
analysis. Prior to her position as world wide
corporate controller, Ann held positions as
Accounting Manager. As a general exception, she
passed the CPA exam on her first attempt. Ms. Olsen
is responsible for worldwide financial reporting and
compliance with the Authentium Group. |

Doug Brunt, VP
Business Development, VP Sales, RISC
Prior to his appointment as Authentium's Vice President of Business Development, Doug Brunt was a Director with idealab!'s New York City office. At idealab!, Mr. Brunt evaluated new investment opportunities as well as supported the marketing and business development initiatives of idealab! companies. Prior to idealab!, Mr. Brunt was an Associate with Booz Allen & Hamilton where he led consulting teams in engagements that included business process re-engineering, corporate strategy, and financial management. At Authentium, Mr. Brunt oversees corporate alliances, technology partnerships and the OEM Partner Program.

Scott Rickard, VP
Sales, ESP Enhanced Security Platform
Authentium�s Vice
President of Channel Sales, Scott Rickard, is a
security and telecommunications expert having spent
eight years with the National Security Agency, three
years with Convergent Networks, and five years as a
consultant to Xerox and several other US
corporations and government agencies, including
NASA. Mr. Rickard is an expert in telecommunications
services (including value-added services), Windows
operating system and networking environments, and
spent several years working as a network engineer at
NASA prior to joining the NSA. In addition to
English, Mr. Rickard is fluent in both Korean and
Arabic. |

Danny Ross, VP Sales,
DIRECT
Danny Ross has been with
Authentium since April 1997. Over the past five years
Mr. Ross has
contributed to the growth of the company in the
roles of Sales and Product Management. As VP Sales
Engineering, Mr. Ross is focused on providing prospective customers
with a
premier experience during their evaluation and
installation of our various security solutions. His
team will consult with customers to engineer
customized strategies and solutions, with a focus on
delivering a measurable Return on Investment. |

Matt Gill, VP
Professional Services
Authentium's VP of
Professional Services, Matt Gill, has over 10
years of experience in network design, integration
and information security. For the past 4 years, Mr. Gill has
been the architect of Authentium's global network
and security infrastructure, and now brings that
level of expertise to Authentium's customer base in
the form of Professional Services. Mr. Gill leads a
staff of highly skilled systems engineers, whose
primary goal is to build relationships with
customers, and provide the ultimate implementation
and support experience. He holds certifications from
most of the leading industry vendors, including
Microsoft, Novell, Cisco, and Citrix. |

Vince Roccanova, VP
Product Management
Authentium�s VP of
Product Management, Vincent E. Roccanova, has over
27 years of managerial and technical experience in
the computer and data communications industry. Mr.
Roccanova is responsible for directing Authentium�s
MIS/IT, Customer Service, Technical Support, Quality
Assurance, Manufacturing, Security and Facilities
departments. Mr. Roccanova is an expert at defining
and implementing business process automation,
developing customer-centric support initiatives, and
internal management of infrastructure and resources.
Mr. Roccanova holds a BA degree in Business
Management from Florida Atlantic University.

Helmuth Freericks,
CEO Global RISC, VP R&D
As head of Research and
Development for Authentium, and previously for
Command Software Systems, Mr. Freericks has worked
at the leading edge of network security innovation
and threat analysis for more than ten years. Mr.
Freericks is an experienced software programmer with
over twenty years experience in the software sector.
Prior to his appointment with Authentium, Mr.
Freericks was Director of Research and Development
(Networking) at Peerless Systems, and Manager of
System Software at Quotron Systems, Inc./Citicorp.
Mr. Freericks holds a Bachelor of Science equivalent
degree from the Technical University of Eindhoven
(Holland), where he studied computer programming
languages, computer design, integrated circuit
design, economics, business administration,
mathematics, and physics. |

Oleg Kouznetsov, VP
Research & Development
Mr. Kouznetsov has been
a Director of Research and Development since
November 1997. Before that he worked as Systems
Development Manager for YBM Magnex, Inc. from 1995
through 1997, and at Magnex RT, in Budapest, Hungary
as Product Manager from 1994 through 1995 before
immigrating to the United States. Mr. Kouznetsov is
an expert technologist and holds several security
software patents. Mr. Kouznetsov has developed
several sophisticated software security systems for
various Windows platforms and as a founding member
of Authentium Global RISC, Mr. Koeznetsov is playing
a leading role with respect to Authentium�s
next-generation security technologies. |

Gustav Karlsson, VP
Research & Development
Mr. Karlsson has been a
co-Director of Research and Development, Trusted
Platforms since April 1997. Before that he worked as
Vice President Research and Development at JANUS
Group Technologies in South Africa from 1994 through
1997 before immigrating to the United States. Prior
to his appointment at Authentium, Mr. Karlsson was
VP of Research & Development for Gear Software,
based in Jupiter, Florida. Mr. Karlsson is a
specialist in Novell and Windows security
environments, and a leading developer of trusted
computing platforms. |

Phil Braden,
co-Founder, President & Director, Europe
The Company�s co-founder
and President, Philip Braden, 44, was formerly CEO
of Mindport USA, Vice President of Asian satellite
television company STAR TV, and Executive Vice
President of Middle Eastern satellite broadcaster
Orbit Communications, based in Rome. Mr. Braden
oversaw the entry of Mindport Broadband into the
United States and engineered the acquisition of
Ideal Systems, one of Asia�s leading system
integrators, and several multimillion dollar sales
contracts, including a major contract with TVB,
based in Hong Kong. Mr. Braden is a recognized
expert in orbital infrastructure innovation and
digit distribution strategies and took
the top award for digital system design and system
architecture at the International Broadcasting
Convention in 1995.

Michiel de Bruijn,
co-Founder, Chief Technology Advisor
Educated at the
University of Amsterdam, Mr. de Bruijn has been involved
in the design and deployment of Internet solutions
since 1991. He has twice received a Microsoft Most
Valuable Professional (MVP) award. After joining the MIH Group in 1996, Mr. De Bruijn assisted in the
development of the first major digital TV platform
in Europe, including one of the first systems
designed to address IP control data. Prior to
joining Authentium as co-Founder and CTO, Mr. De Bruijn handled
several high-tech implementation and business
development projects within Mindport, the technology
arm of the MIH Group. In addition to being a regular
contributor to several magazines in the field of
software development Mr. De Bruijn is a member of
the Society of Cable Telecommunications Engineers (SCTE). |

Michael Nugent,
Managing Director, Asia-Pacific
Mr. Nugent has over 20
years of global experience in the incubation,
evolution, strategic development and market
positioning of new business ventures, products and
services. For the past 14 years he has worked
exclusively in the high technology environments of
internet/e-business, media, entertainment,
telecommunications, wireless and broadband
technologies, consulting to Swinburne University,
Ernst and Young Centre for Innovation and
Technology, IBC Technical Services, Telstra,
Motorola, Ericsson, Nortel, NEC, AT&T, Brisbane City
Council, BHP, CPM, Commonwealth Bank of Australia,
National Australia Bank, CSC Australia, St. George
Bank, and many others. Michael is a Foundation
Director of the International Institute of
Innovation and Enterprise. He is also a Foundation
Fellow of the Company Directors Association of
Australia. He holds a Bachelor of Arts degree, and a
Masters Degree in Enterprise Innovation. |
